Nearly two years ago, Bahraini nurses and medics were jailed and tortured for treating the injured and sick protestors during anti-government uprisings. Over 90 medics were targeted and Vice-President of Bahrain Nursing Society Ibrahim Al-Dimistani remains in jail.
